  • My Smart Business Card / My Profile Tag is not working!

    Make sure you have connected your smart business card or profile tag to your bumpee® profile. To do this, follow the steps listed in the next question. Also make sure your phone is compatible with our smart business card and profile tag. Click HERE to see the list of compatible phones. It still does not work? Make sure the phone scanning the tag is connected to the internet. Android: Make sure NFC is enabled in the settings of the phone scanning the smart business card or profile tag. Apple: If your recipient has an IPhone 10 or older that supports IOS 14 or newer, please manually enable NFC on the recipient's phone. To do this, scroll down in the top right corner and press the icon that looks like a circle with 3 stripes! All iPhones from the XS support NFC automatically.

  • I can't connect my Smart Business Card or Profile Tag!

    Open the app and click on the right menu icon. Now there is a big plus symbol on this page. Press the plus and follow the displayed steps! If it still doesn't work, please fill out the "Contact Us" form. You can find it HERE . If you still can't find it, email us at info@bumpee.co .

  • Can I also share my profile with people whose cell phones do not support NFC?

    Naturally! You can share your profile at any time using your unique QR code. Any cell phone with a camera can read QR codes. You can find your individual QR code on the back of your Smart Business Card or in our app. To do this, please click the arrow in the middle of the menu.

  • Do I need a Smart Business Card or Profile Tag to share my profile?

    No of course not! You can also use our app without a product, completely free of charge ! Simply create a profile and then share it via your individual link or your personal QR code! Happy sharing!

  • Do others also need a Smart Business Card or a Profile Tag?

    No! Others don't need our product to get your profile. As long as the other person 1. Has an NFC-enabled cell phone and NFC is enabled 2. Has a camera that can read QR codes Can she receive your data? You can find a list of NFC-compatible devices HERE .

  • What material is the smart business card made of?

    All of our smart business cards are PVC cards.

  • Can the card expire after a period of time?

    No, your card cannot expire! You can use the card as long as it is connected to your profile. Even external circumstances cannot harm your Smart Business Card. Should it nevertheless give up the ghost at some point, please contact us and we will check whether you can get a replacement card.

  • Do others need the app to get my profile?

    No! Nobody needs to have the app to receive your profile! If the other person does not have our app, your profile will automatically open in the web browser of their choice. By the way: Your profile will of course also work if you delete the app after setting it up! Nevertheless, we recommend the app to manage your contacts and to be able to make quick changes to your profile. Nowhere else do you have such a good overview of your contacts, with filter functions and the function to create new contacts directly!

  • How do I create/edit my profile?

    To create and edit your profile, you need our app. You can download this HERE . Once you have the app, you can edit your profile by going to your profile in the menu (menu below) and pressing the "Edit Profile" button!

  • How do I add accounts to my profile?

    To add an account, please go to your profile in our app and press one of the plus symbols shown there. Then follow the steps given there.

  • How can I share my profile?

    You can share your profile in 3 ways: 1. Via our smart business card or our profile tags. You can see them here: Smart business cards or profile tags 2. Via your individual QR code. You can find your individual QR code in our app. To do this, please click the arrow in the middle of the menu. 3. Via your personal link. You can find this in our app. To do this, please click the arrow in the middle of the menu.

  • Where can I find my link or QR code?

    You can find your individual QR code or personal link in our app. To do this, please click the arrow in the middle of the menu. If there is a person in the middle of your menu, please click this button twice!

  • Can I also connect several smart business cards or profile tags at the same time?

    Of course! To do this, simply follow the steps under the question: "I can't connect my Smart Business Card or Profile Tag!" in the Product section several times.
